How to enroll in the multiple employer plan, offered through Mutual of America. It’s a single retirement plan, created exclusively for the benefit of members’ employees. If you have an existing 401(k) Plan, you can merge your Plan through a participation agreement to the CIC Plan and reduces many of your administrative tasks such as; recordkeeping, participant services, filing a single 5500 for all plans and one fidelity bond covering the aggregated plan assets.
